Quick preparation of fresh ice-cream according to the customer‘s request. Entertain your guests with this show.
Each customer can create his own ice cream flavour. Whether with dry ingredients such as biscuits and cookies, chocolate, nuts combined with chocolates, with fresh fruits, or a creative flavour combination of several ingredients. The selected ingredients are then, in front of the customers, processed to fresh ice rolls on the cold plate. Neumärker‘s innovative new ice cream trend.
1. Preparation: Put the liquid ice cream mix onto the plate and add the desired ingredients.
2. Chopping: Chop the ingredients with a spatula and process them to a homogenous mixture.
3. Spreading: Smooth the ice cream mixture to a thin layer on the plate. In a short time it will be frozen.
4. Rolling: Scrape straight sheets off the plate. Automatically they turn into the decorative ice cream rolls.
