Waffle Fries

Waffle Fries are the new snack idea from the Neumärker manufactory. The sticks look like fries, but are actually sweet waffles. The concept is completed with a red and a white sauce as ketchup and mayo replacement. For this purpose you can simply use strawberry sauce and cream with some vanilla.

The funny concept convinces by the simple contrast: It is not what it looks like. The sweet fries can be easily eaten on the go or can be comfortably enjoyed together with a coffee.
The production requires very little equipment and is therefore ideally suitable for the application on fairs and festivals. However, the con- cept can be integrated easily into existing cafés, bistros and bars to give guests something surprising to snack.
